Stuart is a Chartered arboriculturist and an Arboricultural Association Registered Consultant and holds the Royal Forestry Society Professional Diploma in Arboriculture (Level 6).
Stuart has over 25 years industry experience having started a career in 1997 a tree surgeon and progressing to be the principal arboricultural consultant at Assured Trees having formed the company in 2013.
Stuarts work has primarily been in the private sector but he has also worked in the public sector as a consultant Tree Officer for Bristol City Council and Bath and North East Somerset Council.
In accordance with the rigorous requirements of the Institute of Chartered Foresters and the Arboricultural Association registered consultants scheme, Stuart undertakes extensive Continual Professional Development.
Stuart is an assessor for the Arboricultural Association Registered Consultants Scheme, is a Lantra Certified professional tree inspector and Licensed user of QTRA System.
