National and local planning policy requires the protection and enhancement of green infrastructure and for trees to be considered as part of the planning process. We produce arboricultural information to support site planning applications in accordance with the British Standard BS5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction- Recommendations.
We work as part of the design team to produce effective design solutions that allow the retention and protection of key trees within the development scenario.
Services we offer include:
• Tree constraints survey
• Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA)
• Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS)
• Development feasibility surveys
• Arboricultural supervision works
Site survey in which the potential constraints of trees are identified and then presented on a scale Tree Constraints Plan produced in AutoCAD for the consideration of the design team so that the site layout design can avoid conflict with key trees.
An assessment of the impact the site layout design will have on the trees, any necessary tree removals, planning policy implications and mitigation measure necessary to reduce identified adverse impacts.
Including a clear specification for allimpact mitigation and tree protection measuresincluding aclear illustration of all tree protection measures on a scale Tree Protection Planproduced in AutoCAD.
